Letters of Hope: The Life behind a Passion

Letters of Hope: A dream, A Passion, A foundation for growing happiness in who you are and the life you lead. Letters of hope is a anonymous place for struggling teens and students to grow in their faith in Christ while empowering others to do the same by the anonymous exchange of advice and conversation.

 

 

In this life I believe in several ups and downs, and they ultimately define our general personality and who we are and the life we choose to lead. Living a life in high school isn't the easiest, but it sure will teach you a lot. I guess I am just an average girl looking for her place in this great and lovely yet secretive world that god created. I was brought here for a reason and that reason wasn't and isn't always clear to me. Until you have your calling and that moment of pure and sincere calling your reason can't be clear. I don't believe in candy coating or sprinkling things in sugar, that's not my how I was raised nor is it my personality, yes the truth hurts but if everyone sprinkled sugar on the truth then the truth isn't so truthful, so honesty is gods best policy. I believe that I have been called to help those that do not have the power in that moment to help themselves... My time is now, right here, talking to the possible three people that are reading this. I had a life that served me fairly well up until I hit the seventh grade, I was introduced to new people and new things, which overcame a small grain of a girl like me. It hit me hard, I couldn't take the people the secrets and the simple fact of not knowing who was truly there by my side. Then I came to a sudden realization that I didn't have anybody. THIS very realization led me to a path where I was forced to decide between my faith or attempting to do it all on my own. Unfortunately I decided to try on my own telling myself that what is god going to do for me he can't find me friends how can he fix this I'm better off on my own. Eventually Things had hit me so hard I couldn't take another moment, fortunately one of the people had noticed and mentioned to our counselor. I was told to take out a piece of paper and write down all of my thoughts, that's when I realized the one true thing I enjoyed was writing, I didn't care if anyone saw but all that matter was the fact that it made ME feel better as a person. I grew into the idea that my writing COULD help someone... That dream turned into my passion which is why I am here blogging my experience. INFLUENCE when I think of that word I think of power and leadership being an influence can make or break someone's life. I want to be a POSITIVE INFLUENCE, in the lives of people in situations where they no longer can find it in themselves. BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN THERE. I dreamt up this organization if you will to be that influence. This is my DREAM, my PASSION, I know it seems small but one word of advice could change your life! WE ARE THE EMBODIMENT OF CHRIST, and as a Christian in our walk of faith we should minister our experience to others in the hopes of changing their lives for the better.
